The monograph allocation formula working group met on November 5 2024 to discuss five potential formula scenarios. Michelle Hendley described where the data for the elements came from and how each of the percentages were calculated.
Below is a summary of the action items arising from that meeting:
- The group suggested changing the method used to count e-book use.
- The group suggested further adjustments to percentages used for student FTE count, number of majors and course count.
- The group agreed to review the new scenarios at a meeting in the spring 2025 semester.
