Milne Library Gratitude Tree Takes Root

by Darren Chase on 2022-03-01T14:50:00-05:00 | 0 Comments

A gratitude tree has taken root in the Milne Library!  Located on the first floor near the Argo Tea entrance, the gratitude tree blooms with messages of gratitude shared by library guests. "I'm grateful for being able to go to school here and meeting great people," "Being back on campus with friends again," "grateful for umbrellas," are some of the messages Red Dragons have already shared.  What are YOU grateful for?  Come to Milne Library to visit the gratitude tree and add your own leaf!

The gratitude tree was conceived, designed and developed by a group of creative library staff: Melanie Castine, Darren Chase, Christie Dourlaris, Robin English, Michelle Hendley, Jenn Regg, Sarah Rhodes, Lori Wienke and Cat Wise, and constructed by the talented College Carpentry Shop.
