ACT UP method

The ACT UP method is a technique for evaluating sources devised by Dawn Stahura. This method emerged from social justice movements such as the 1980s AIDS Coalition To Unleash Power (ACT UP) advocacy group. Stahura wanted to connect source evaluation with the realities of systematic oppression in our information environment.
