Finding Copies of Periodical Articles

Locating the full text of an article in electronic form:

If there is no full text with the citation for an article in a database and no full text is linked to the citation, the full text of the article might be available in another database. Try searching for the journal title in by clicking on the tab Journal Title on the Advanced Search page on the library website (See section “Finding an Article in a Particular Journal Title”). If the article is unavailable in any database, request the article through Interlibrary Loan. You need to register through the Interlibrary Loan link on the library website before making requests. See a librarian for help, if needed.

Locating the full text in print or microform:

Note specific issues available in Milne Library. Periodicals are located in the library’s sub-basement in alphabetical order by title in compact shelving.  Microfilm is stored alphabetically by title in cabinets in the Microform Room.  Reader/printers are available in the Microform Room and on the library’s second floor.
