If you ever come across a book or article that the library does not have access to, you can request it through interlibrary loan, which allows SUNY Oneonta students, faculty, and staff to obtain books, articles, etc.from other libraries. While searching the library's online catalog, you may be prompted to request items through interlibrary loan that are not available through Milne Library. Make sure you are Signed In!
The ILLiad system lets you:
- -- borrow items from other libraries
- -- make online requests for periodical articles from other libraries
- -- review the status of your requests
- -- check due dates of outstanding loans
- -- ask for renewals (but don't wait until the last minute!)
- -- and much more!
