HIST 4690: Research Seminar (Ashbaugh) Fall 2022

Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary loan is a service provided by the library that allows SUNY Oneonta students, faculty, and staff to obtain books, articles, and other academic and intellectual materials from other libraries.  For complete information on how this works, check out the Interlibrary Loan Guide

While searching the library's online catalog, you may be prompted to request items through interlibrary loan that are not available through Milne Library.  Make sure you are Signed In!

The ILLiad system lets you:

  • -- borrow items from other libraries
  • -- make online requests for periodical articles from other libraries
  • -- review the status of your requests
  • -- check due dates of outstanding loans
  • -- ask for renewals (but don't wait until the last minute!)
  • -- and much more!

Contact me if you'd like a quick tutorial or have any questions!
