To support awareness and foster understanding of mental illness in its various manifestations, we are sharing a list of library resources for Mental Illness Awareness Week.
This year, Mental Illness Awareness Week is October 6–12 and World Mental Health Day is October 10.
Co-written with psychologists and a college student who has experienced anxiety herself, this is a relatable and straightforward guide to managing worry in emerging adulthood.
